Daniel Lanuza claims a double podium in the ESBK with Lodisna Team Torrentó

Lodisna Team Torrentó completed another race weekend in the Spanish Superbike Championship (ESBK), with Daniel Lanuza competing in the Stock 600 category. The Californian rider rounded off a strong weekend with two podium finishes, one on Saturday and another on Sunday.
After competing the previous week in the fifth round of the Stock European Championship at Circuit Ricardo Tormo, Lodisna Team Torrentó decided to take advantage of the ESBK round at the same venue to continue the work carried out with Lanuza. The participation allowed the rider to complete more laps on the Yamaha R6, compete in a demanding environment and continue strengthening his adaptation.
The ESBK format was different from the European championship, with a qualifying session on Saturday morning and two races throughout the weekend: the first on Saturday afternoon and the second on Sunday at midday. Daniel Lanuza completed a very solid performance in all sessions, showing clear progress race after race.
In the first race, Lanuza maintained a consistent and competitive pace that allowed him to finish second and step onto the podium in his category. On Sunday, in the second race, the Lodisna Team Torrentó rider took another step forward, improving his feeling and lap times to finish in third position.
The two podiums achieved by Daniel Lanuza in the ESBK represent an important recognition of the work carried out by the rider and the whole team, which continues to consolidate an upward trend at this stage of the season. For Lodisna Team Torrentó, competing in the Spanish Superbike Championship also has a special meaning, as it is a series that has seen the team grow and where it has experienced important moments in its history, including the three titles won in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
Although this ESBK appearance was a one-off, Lodisna Team Torrentó remains fully focused on the Stock European Championship, the series in which it aims to continue competing and growing. After a positive weekend in Valencia, the team heads into the final two rounds of the European season with confidence.

FERRAN TORRENTÓ
Team Manager
“We decided to do this race with Daniel because he was very keen to take part, and we also saw it as a good opportunity to keep working. We had competed in MotoJunior the previous week, and adding more quality laps at the same circuit was very positive for his progression. Daniel is a very hard-working rider and this weekend he has taken an important step forward in terms of results.”
“These two podiums are a good reward for Daniel and for the whole team. Each race was better than the previous one, and that gives us confidence to keep growing. We are clear that our goal is to continue competing in the European Championship, and this weekend gives us strength ahead of the final two races of the year.”
