Lodisna Team Torrentó full of confidence for the JuniorGP round in Misano
The team arrives at the Italian circuit highly motivated after the summer break and their strong performance in MotorLand Aragón.
The JuniorGP returns this weekend at one of the most iconic venues on the global calendar: the Misano Marco Simoncelli Circuit. Lodisna Team Torrentó heads into this fifth round of the season highly motivated following their strong performance at MotorLand Aragón, where Álvaro Fuertes came within just a tenth of the podium.
The Italian round will pose a new challenge for the team, which will be competing at this track for the first time. Nevertheless, Lodisna Team Torrentó has prepared the event in detail and arrives with a clear strategy to maintain the progress shown before the summer break.
Alongside Fuertes’ positive form, the team will also field Ukrainian rider Sviat Pylypenko, who continues to develop in the demanding Stock category. In Misano, both riders will aim to consolidate their performance and make the most of the work they have done so far.
Track action will begin on Thursday and Friday with free practice sessions, continue on Saturday with qualifying, and conclude on Sunday with the race at 16:00 local time.
FERRAN TORRENTÓ
Team Manager
“We arrive in Misano full of motivation after the summer break. It’s a new circuit for the team, but we’ve studied it in detail, and this round will be special, as we consider it one of the best tracks in the world.”
“I’m confident that our riders will perform strongly. Álvaro Fuertes arrives in excellent shape, having been able to prepare his physical condition and leave his injuries behind. After our good performance at MotorLand Aragón, in Italy we will work to maintain this upward momentum and fight for podium positions.”
